CARING FOR YOUR JEWELRY

TO PRESERVE the beauty and luster of your jewelry, wash in a mild detergent in lukewarm water. Rinse, then dry with a soft, clean cloth. Do not use any type of brush sharp instrument or rough cloth for cleaning. For any sterling silver-based products, should your jewelry item begin to demonstrate signs of tarnishing, the tarnish may be easily removed with a fine brand of silver cleaner applied with a soft cloth.

TO PROTECT your jewelry from permanent damage, avoid any contact with harsh acids and agents such as chlorine. Be sure to remove your jewelry before coming into contact with harsh agents.

TO SAFEGUARDagainst damage, always remove your jewelry before engaging in sports or in heavy labor. Quality stones and precious metal will not stand abuse. Treat your jewelry as you would any valuable jewelry. When you take it off, store it carefully. Never leave it unprotected.

For the purposes of this ring protection plan, any reference to "rings" includes both class rings and LX Life Xpressions® jewelry products.

We ask that you take all reasonable precautions to avoid the loss or theft of your Jostens high school class ring. However, if a loss or theft occurs and you send your request and applicable payment to Jostens within four (4) years from the ship date of your original order, Jostens will provide you with a one-time replacement ring of the same design (genuine stones and diamonds excluded). A replacement charge (plus tax and handling) will apply. Go to jostens.com or call the toll-free number provided below to find the current replacement charges. Should you experience a qualifying loss or theft, please notify Jostens at the following address or toll-free number to initiate the processing of your claim:

The Ring Protection Plan and its benefits apply to the high school rings and LX Life Expressions jewelry products ordered from Jostens, and is valid for four (4) years from the ship date of your original order.
